However, our company is closed on all major holidays.  During holidays our on- call professionals are only servicing service member clients.   We acknowledge the right for our employees to be with family and friends without interruptions other than from our loyal service member clients. Barnett is equipped to resolve any emergency with our stilled, trained and licensed team of plumbers, pipe fitters, oil, gas and refrigeration technicians. All new installation whether plumbing, heating, air conditioning or mechanical has a two year workmanship warranty. Protecting you against having to pay for poor workmanship repair work.

• Calibration of system fuel consumption and efficiency. Oil or gas equipment in order to operate correctly should be calibrated each year. Although, gas combustion system due burn cleaner than oil, they still need to be calibrated. Gas valves modulating or not needs to be at their design pressure to protect components within the unit. A gas valve that is not regulated correctly can cause carbon monoxide (improper combustion), or over heat equipment (using more fuel, not efficient), worse case explosion lost of life or property.
